PLEASE NOTE: The holes punched on these coveres will only fit the Newest version of the book. The large cover has 20 Hole punches and the medium cover has 17 hole punches.
 
Some previously printed version have a different hole punch with large having 21 holes and the medium having 18 holes. Please make sure you count the number of holes you have on your book before purchasing.
